Highlands Motoring Festival seeks car donations for auction
HIGHLANDS — The third annual Highlands Motoring Festival will be held in downtown Highlands from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 11 presented with the Rotary Club of Highlands. This year, the festival will be accepting donations of cars to be auctioned off.
